Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Chat Support Specialist. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing prompt and efficient customer support through various chat platforms.
Your main responsibilities will include answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. You will also be required to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism in your responses.
Requirements:
- Proficient in both written and spoken Tagalog and English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage
