Job Description
OTeleservices Philippines is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Chat Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Responding to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone, while maintaining professional communication.
- Providing accurate information about our products, services, and company policies.
- Resolving customer complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
Work Schedule: Weekdays only, with weekends off.
Requirements: A friendly demeanor, basic phone and computer skills, Filipino citizenship or residency, a diploma (HS, College, or Vocational), and strong English communication skills.
Compensation: Up to Php 26,00 per month, along with various benefits including HMO and paid leaves.
