Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Quickly address customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Deliver accurate information regarding products and services.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints to guarantee satisfaction.
No Experience Required: Comprehensive training will be provided.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; weekends off!
Qualifications:
- Friendly attitude and outstanding communication skills.
- Proficient in using phones and computers.
- Filipino citizen or holds relevant residency status.
- High school diploma, college degree, or vocational qualification.
Salary: Up to Php 26,00.00 per month.
Benefits: Includes HMO, 13th Month Pay, paid leave, and additional perks.
