Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Sapient Customer Solutions (SCS). Candidates must have good English communication skills and be ready to start ASAP. We welcome applications from high school graduates, college undergraduates, vocational graduates, and K12/Senior High School graduates.

Your primary responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction related to our products and services. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary ranging from Php18,00.00 to Php25,00.00 per month, along with a variety of benefits including health insurance and additional leave.
