Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and help to customers about online streaming services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues.
Needed Qualifications:
- At least 6 Months of Customer facing experience or college graduate without experience.
- Amenable to working from site and our UP Town Center Site.
