Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via voice and chat with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information and assistance regarding online streaming services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively.
Needed Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of BPO Voice & Chat International Experience.
- Amenable to working on-site at our UP Town Center Site.
