Job Description
We are urgently hiring full-time, permanent Chat Support Specialists for onsite operations in Metro Manila. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Responsibilities include resolving customer inquiries via chat, updating records, escalating issues, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of policies while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Salary: Php17,00–25,00/month + commissions, incentives, and signing bonuses
