Job Description
Join our team at SapientBPO MAKATI as a Chat Support Specialist! In this role, you will assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues to ensure their satisfaction, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Needed Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old curriculum) / ALS Graduate
- Good Communication Skills
- 6 months of BPO experience (any account accepted)
- College graduate without BPO experience is welcome
