Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our team at SapientBPO, Ortigas Pasig.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
- Non-BPO / No BPO experience accepted with excellent communication skills
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- BPO experience is an advantage
Job Responsibilities: Maintaining a positive attitude, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, and knowing our products well.
