Job Description
SGS Sapient – BPO Global Hub is urgently hiring Chat Support Specialists with a one-day hiring process! Earn up to Php 28,00 monthly while providing excellent customer service in our Metro sites.
Position Overview: As a Chat Support Specialist, you will collaborate with the customer service and technical support teams to ensure a seamless user experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist users through chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Document interactions accurately for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies in all communications.
