Job Description
Teleservices Jobs is looking for a committed Chat Support Specialist. In this position, you will:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding our products, services, and company policies.
- Efficiently resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
No Experience? We Will Provide Training!
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule.
- Filipino citizen or relevant residency status with a diploma.
We Offer: A full-time position with a competitive monthly salary ranging from Php 18,00.00 to Php 24,892.00, along with various benefits.
