Job Description
Sapient Global (BPO Hub) is urgently hiring full-time, permanent Chat Support – Ticketing Specialists across Metro Manila. One-day hiring; candidates with no prior BPO experience are welcome.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage ticket and phone inquiries for bookings and cancellations
- Support customers using the online ticketing platform and troubleshoot technical issues
- Escalate complex cases and protect customer data per company protocols
Benefits: up to ₱28,00/month (higher with experience), ₱30,00 signing bonus, 13th/14th month pay, HMO from day one (up to 3 dependents), paid training, 30 paid leaves, performance bonuses, weekends off, night differential, and possible hybrid/WFH after one year.

- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
