Caldwell Communications is currently looking for candidates to join our team for the position of Chat Support. We offer various exciting accounts such as Travel, Sales, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, and Telco. As a Chat Support agent, your responsibilities include:
- Communicating with customers via phone or written correspondence to address their concerns.
- Resolving customer issues on the first contact, minimizing the need for transfers.
- Matching customers’ demands with our clients’ products and services.
- Utilizing negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome objections and gain customer buy-in.
