Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents.

List of vacant position: (HIRING)

  • Customer Service Representative
  • Technical Support Representative
  • Sales/Retail Representative
  • Travel and Hotel Associate
  • Healthcare Specialist
  • Financial Associate
  • Telemarketer

General Responsibilities:

  • Identify and assess customers’ needs, inquiries, or concerns and provide accurate and appropriate solutions using provided scripts and procedures.
  • know the company products, services, policies, and procedures during training period to effectively address customer inquiries.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when dealing with challenging or irate customers.

Qualifications:

  • Can attend onsite interview
  • At least conversant in english
  • Amenable to working onsite
  • Bpo Experience is a plus
  • Good Typing Skills
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • 18 years old and above
  • at least HIGHSCHOOL GRADUATE
  • Strong active listening skills, patience, and empathy when dealing with customers.

Nice to have (Optional):

  • Proven customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer support environment.

Pay: Up to Php28,00.00 per month
