Job Description
We invite you to become a vital member of our Operations team at Shopee, based in Manila, Philippines. In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing the user experience for our Chatbot. Your responsibilities will encompass developing innovative solutions, conducting user experience analyses, performing user acceptance testing (UAT), and working closely with stakeholders to identify potential risks and dependencies. This position is ideal for candidates with a background in management engineering, industrial engineering, or business, possessing a minimum of 3 years of work experience. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, and preference will be given to applicants with experience in artificial intelligence or programming.
