Job Description
Become an integral part of the Operations team at Shopee in Manila, Philippines. As a Chatbot Reporting & Systems Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing user experiences through the development of innovative solutions and thorough analyses of user behavior. Your responsibilities will include conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering regular progress updates.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Business, along with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in project management or e-commerce. Strong analytical skills and exceptional communication abilities are crucial for success in this position.
