Job Description
We are seeking a full-time, in-person Checkout Supervisor to lead the checkout team at Puregold San Pedro, Laguna. The successful candidate will oversee cashiers, baggers, and customer service assistants to ensure efficient, customer-focused operations.
- Manage daily checkout operations, staffing, and scheduling
- Train, coach, and evaluate checkout personnel; maintain efficient cashiering procedures
- Uphold customer service standards and support loss-prevention and merchandising initiatives
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, demonstrated leadership and marketing skills, strong customer-service orientation, flexibility, and ability to work collaboratively. Candidate must be willing to be assigned to Puregold San Pedro, Laguna.
