Job Description
The Checker ensures all shipments (incoming and outgoing) are accurate in terms of count in actual and in document.
Principle Responsibilities:
- Checks the incoming shipments and supervises the unloading process.
- Checks the items against the invoice prior to loading.
- Checks the items being loaded to the delivery truck versus the item listed on the Document.
- Reports to supervisor all documents for proper safekeeping of records and reporting.
- Submits to the supervisor all documents for proper safekeeping of records and reporting.
- Helps in counting during annual inventory count.
- Helps in unloading of items during shipment delivery.
- Performs other duties required or directed by his superiors.
