Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
Inbound
- Monitoring inbound shipments based on alerts.
- Processing inbound through the system with accuracy.
- Capture and report inbound irregularities promptly.
- Updating system with stocks put away by Operators.
Outbound
- Ensure items are in good condition and quantity.
- Endorse invoices for delivery to Truckers.
- Coordinate priority deliveries with CSD and Warehouse Team.
- Report discrepancies between loadlist and physical stocks.
Qualifications Needed
- College Graduate, preferred in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain.
- 1-2 years experience.
- Good communication and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer application knowledge.
- Pro-active and positive personality.
- Technical competencies in Warehouse Management and Transport Operations.
