Job Description
Job Summary: The Front End Supervisor oversees the total front end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintains excellent customer service at the checkout
- Handles customer feedback effectively
- Implements control standards and processes at the front end
- Manages front end assets
- Performs database maintenance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management
- At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in front end operations in retail or food establishments
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 8-hour shift
Supplemental Pay: 13th-month salary
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
