Job Description
As a Chef de Partie for Banquet, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes for large events and gatherings. Work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality standards are met during banquet services.
Key responsibilities include coordinating with the kitchen team, organizing workstations, conducting food inventory, and ensuring food safety practices are followed. Strong culinary skills, creativity in menu development, and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
