Job Description
Edsa Shangri-La, Manila is the only five-star deluxe city-resort convention hotel in Ortigas Center, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila. Adjacent to major shopping complexes – Shangri-La Plaza Mall and SM Megamall. The hotel is strategically located, just seven-kilometers from Makati Central Business District and 13 kilometers from the international airport.
As Chef de Partie – All Day Dining, your responsibilities include assisting the Sous Chef, ensuring highest food quality, maintaining kitchen equipment, and maximizing profitability.
We are seeking a candidate with previous Chef de Partie experience, knowledge of HACCP guidelines, updated on culinary trends, excellent communication skills in English, and a commitment to quality and innovation. If you enjoy new challenges and are dedicated to culinary excellence, apply now!
