Job Description
Chef De Partie is responsible for overseeing the preparation, cooking, baking, and finishing product presentation of all F&B items. Responsibility covers the start-to-end process of food production, including requisition of raw materials, mise-en-place to finished product packaging until the product inventory. Ensures execution of procedures according to company standards.
Requirements:
- 1. Preferably a Graduate of BS HRM, Culinary, or any related course
- 2. Preferably with relevant solid experience in the same capacity
- 3. Good knowledge of International Cuisine, an advantage
- 4. With a background in F&B or kitchen operations
- 5. Knowledge of HACCP is an advantage
- 6. Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures
- 7. Good communication and written skills
- 8. Proficient in Google documents
- 9. Must be able to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure
- 10. Must possess good character and positive work attitude
- 11. Must be physically and mentally fit
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php26,00.00 – Php29,00.00 per month
