Job Description
We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie (Wu Xing) to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Chinese cuisine, particularly specializing in Wu Xing dishes. Responsibilities include overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring food quality and presentation meet standards, and assisting the Sous Chef with menu creation and food preparation.
The successful candidate must have a passion for culinary arts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Previous experience in a similar role and a culinary degree are preferred.
