Job Description
Job Summary
- Serves as a Research and Development Staff.
- Develop (new) and improve (existing) products based on target quality, cost, and timeline with guidance and approval from Management.
- Responsible for the end-to-end process of product development from inception to market launch.
- Conduct assessment on alternative packaging and raw materials based on established guidelines and procedures.
- Provide technical support to related departments and facilitate process improvement.
Minimum Qualifications
- BS Degree in Culinary, HRM, Food Technology or equivalent.
- 2+ years experience in restaurant/food industry is a plus.
- Computer literate, results-oriented, proactive, and creative.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Location: Blk. 1 Lot 1 MRC Building, Mabalacat City, Pampanga.
