Job Description
I. Job Summary
The QAQC Chemist oversees ore sample analysis, ensures quality results for Mine Operations, certifies shipment sample analysis, validates ore assay results, and maintains instruments.
II. Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Execute elemental analysis of ore samples using XRF spectrometry
- Issue Quality Certificates and ensure accurate analyses
- Validate laboratory results for quality reporting to Mine Operations
- Create documentation for certifications and audits
- Calibrate instruments and verify methodologies
- Maintain laboratory instrumentation through preventive maintenance
II. Qualification Requirements
- BS in Chemistry with a valid PRC License
- No experience required
- Willing to relocate to Brooke’s Point Palawan
- Free meals and accommodation
