Job Description
- Perform Physical Quality Tests — FOG, Viscosity, Density of Products to meet Standard Values.
- Perform Performance Quality Tests — color strength, Gloss, Adhesion, flexibility, product resistance, adjust as needed.
- Record adjustments in batch ticket and Quality Control Sheet.
- Conduct color matching for coatings.
- Perform Technical Service tasks, create reports.
- Collaborate with superiors on coating quality issues.
- Maintain cleanliness of laboratory instruments.
- Responsible for monthly calibration of Weighing Scales.
- Other duties as assigned by Technical Manager or Manufacturing Director.
