Job Description
As a Chief Concierge, you will be responsible for managing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hotel setting.
Your duties will include supervising a team of concierge staff, handling guest inquiries and special requests, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
You must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of hospitality standards.
Previous experience in a similar role and proficiency in multiple languages are preferred.
