Job Description
XDT and Company, Inc. is seeking a Chief Operations Officer for our Food Group. The ideal applicant should possess a college degree in any business course and have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food industry. Managing Directors and COOs are encouraged to apply.
Key qualifications include above-average communication skills, a strong understanding of Profit and Loss statements, and competence in managing multiple departments such as HR, Accounting, Operations, and Marketing. Experience in F&B is essential.
