Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Chief Radiologic Technologist to join our team. As a Chief Radiologic Technologist, you will be responsible for overseeing the radiology department and ensuring the highest quality of diagnostic imaging services.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of radiologic technologists, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
- Perform complex radiographic procedures and operate advanced imaging equipment.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards in the radiology department.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate imaging techniques.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in a radiology department.
- In-depth knowledge of radiology principles, procedures, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
