Job Description

Responsibilities:

We are looking for trained staff who will provide the kids with developmentally appropriate activities while also ensuring their safety at the center. They will engage children in conversation to determine their individual needs, specific likes, and dislikes and gauge their individual personalities.

Other responsibilities:

• Oversee children’s activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and secure environment for them.
• Assist parents in preparing meals and snacks.
• Monitor children to ensure their physical and emotional well-being.
• Alert parents of any concerns such as behavior problems.
• Alert Nurses on-site of any concerns related to health and safety (if a child shows symptoms of illness).
• Ensure that all children must follow set rules and regulations for play, study, and sleep.
• Assure that the environment is child-friendly and conducive to learning and comfort.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: College level (at least 2nd year)
• At least 18 years old and above
• Has experience taking care of children.
• Willing to undergo basic training related to Childcare such as Child Protection Policy, Other Laws Governing Child Protection, and Training on developmentally appropriate activities for Children.
• Hardworking, trustworthy, and patient when dealing with children.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
