Job Description
- Fostering a stimulating and inclusive learning environment for students in the Montessori years
- Plan, develop, and deliver engaging and inquiry-based lessons aligned with the Montessori curriculum
- Implement a variety of formative and summative assessment strategies to monitor student progress
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students
- Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to student progress reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor in Secondary Education major in Teaching Chinese Language
- Qualified teacher status with at least 1 year of relevant teaching experience (Preferably with Montessori or an IB School)
- Proficient in English or Chinese
- Has experience handling younger kids
- Highly organized
- Willing to work in Southmont, Silang, Cavite
