Job Description
- Knows Credit Investigation and Background Investigation.
- Issue statement of accounts to concerned customers and performs field collection work.
- Receive and ensure completeness of collection documents.
- Ensure that collection is done promptly.
- Report delinquent accounts or signs of delinquency to the Credit and Collection Team.
- Knows the 5C’s of credit, and monitors assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts.
- Plan and implement a course of action to recover the outstanding payments.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any Business Course.
- With a Driver’s License and knows how to ride a Motorcycle.
- With at least 1 year of experience.
