Job Description
As a CICS (Customer Information Control System) Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support for all CICS-related activities within the organization. This role involves optimizing and maintaining CICS systems, resolving technical issues, and ensuring smooth operations.
Your key responsibilities will include configuring and customizing CICS software, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance system efficiency. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving any CICS-related problems to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
