Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Citrix Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. As a Citrix Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Citrix environment, ensuring its stability, security, and optimal performance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and support Citrix solutions that meet business requirements.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, and manage Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop environments.
- Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution within the Citrix environment.
- Create and manage virtual desktop images using Microsoft App-V and Citrix Provisioning Services.
- Collaborate with network and security teams to ensure secure and efficient delivery of applications and desktops.
- Monitor system performance and optimize Citrix infrastructure for maximum uptime.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in managing Citrix environments, including XenApp, XenDesktop, Citrix Receiver, and NetScaler.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS.
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud-based environments (Azure, AWS) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team-based environment.
