Job Description
As a Citrix Specialist (Hybrid), you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of the Citrix infrastructure within our organization. Your main focus will be on supporting and maintaining the Citrix environment, including server infrastructure, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI), application publishing, and user experience management.
Your key responsibilities include troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, designing and implementing improvements, and providing expert-level support to both end-users and internal IT teams. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and ensure that Citrix solutions align with the overall IT strategy.
To excel in this role, you should have a strong technical background in Citrix technologies, including XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler. Experience with hybrid environments, encompassing both on-premises and cloud-based deployments, is highly preferred. Additionally, a solid understanding of virtualization technologies, such as VMware, will be advantageous.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working with Citrix technologies
- Strong knowledge of Citrix XenApp, XenDesktop, and NetScaler
- Experience with hybrid Citrix environments
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
