Job Description
KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that all return refund processes have been processed accordingly.
- Files claims as necessary (e.g. damaged package by the courier, lost parcel etc)
- Capture and report possible fraudulent buyers.
- Maintain such monitoring of all refunds and return processes.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accountancy, Business Administration, Commerce or other related field
- Excellent English and Tagalog speaking-listening-writing skills, attention to detail
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, etc.)
- Willing and eager to learn and deliver the extra mile
- Ability to work in a fast-moving environment in cross-functional teams
