Job Description
We are seeking a Claims Adjudication Manager to oversee claims review, ensure accurate payment processing, maintain regulatory compliance, and optimize adjudication workflows. The role includes supervising a team of adjudicators, defining and enforcing quality standards, collaborating with clinical staff and provider networks, and driving continuous process improvements and KPI reporting.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in claims adjudication or medical claims operations
- Proven leadership and analytical capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of payer regulations and medical coding
- Proficiency with claims systems and strong attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and effective communication skills
