Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills? We are currently seeking a Claims Ambassador to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our customers with their insurance claims and providing exceptional customer service.
As a Claims Ambassador, you will:
- Handle incoming claims inquiries and provide accurate information to policyholders
- Assist customers in navigating the claims process
- Gather and document all necessary information to initiate the claims process
- Analyze policy coverage and explain claim settlements to customers
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims
To qualify for this position, you must have:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and claims procedures (preferred)
