Job Description
PM Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Claims and Contract Head. In this crucial role, you will manage and resolve claims and disputes, ensuring project interests are safeguarded and contracts are enforced in compliance with legal obligations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage claims and dispute processes on behalf of clients.
- Conduct forensic analysis of unresolved claims.
- Gather and analyze project information for accurate assessments.
- Develop strategies for claim resolution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in contract management or claims resolution in construction.
