Job Description
A Claims Associate is responsible for processing and managing insurance claims submitted by customers.
Key responsibilities include reviewing claims, verifying policy information, communicating with policyholders, and ensuring timely processing.

Experience in the insurance industry and knowledge of claim processing procedures are preferred.
