Job Description
PH Global Jet Express Inc. is looking for a dedicated Claims Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing client claims, assessing allowable benefits, and escalating disputes to the Arbitration unit to facilitate an efficient claims process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in Claims and Arbitration is preferred.
- Experience in E-Commerce or Logistics is a plus.
