Job Description
A Claims Liaison Officer plays a vital role in ensuring effective communication and coordination between a company and its clients in relation to insurance claims. As a Claims Liaison Officer, you will be responsible for managing and resolving client queries, providing updates on claim status, and ensuring timely processing of claims.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a primary point of contact for clients regarding their claims, addressing their concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assessing and verifying claim documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations
- Coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information for claim processing
- Investigating and reviewing complex claims to determine eligibility and coverage
- Collaborating with the claims team to streamline processes and improve customer experience
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records of all claim-related activities
