Job Description
- Oversee the insurance claims, including adjusters, examiners, and other vital employees involved with claims processing and insurance program coverage. They work to facilitate property claims, casualty claims, and they problem-solve other claims issues.
- The claim manager’s job also focuses on identifying cases of intentional fraud and falsified documents.
- A claims manager must escalate issues to key claims management contacts and commercial lines specialists.
- They must be thorough, detail-oriented, and precise.
