Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated individual for the position of Claims Processor (Dayshift Life Insurance) at Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently processing and validating insurance claims during the day shift.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance claims to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Accurately inputting data into the claims system
- Investigating and resolving any discrepancies or issues with claims
- Communicating with various stakeholders, including policyholders and internal departments
- Adhering to strict turnaround times and productivity targets
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in claims processing, preferably in the life insurance industry
- Strong attention to detail and excellent data entry skills
- Proficient in using computer systems and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
