Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY:
- Assists the Branch Head in providing necessary services to Clients, Customers, Agents, and Brokers while maintaining service quality standards.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Receives claims and underwriting advice, assists clients, agents, or brokers, and evaluates units for repair.
- Assists in sourcing parts for repairs, files claims documents, and follows up on settlements.
- Supports in drafting correspondence, handling client calls, and other assigned tasks.
Job Type: Full-time
