Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Claims & Recovery Lead to join our Operations team based in Manila, Philippines. In this pivotal role, you will manage the Return to Shipper/Seller process, ensuring that all RTS parcels are dispatched following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to effectively manage claims and facilitate timely parcel dispatch.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Management Engineering or a related field, complemented by 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in warehousing, e-commerce, or logistics. A strong attention to detail, exceptional data management capabilities, and proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications are required.
