Job Description
The Claims Specialist II in Global Card Operations at JPMorgan Chase & Co is responsible for processing and managing all claims related to credit card transactions. This role involves investigating and resolving complex customer disputes, coordinating with various departments for timely resolution, and maintaining accurate claim records.
