Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
This job is responsible for the review, analysis, and adjudication of claims incurred by eligible members of PhilCare to ensure they align with respective benefits plan, policies, and standards. Also, maintaining records system for these claims.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 4-year graduate of any course
- Preferably with experience as a Claims Processor
- Willing to work in Makati
- Can start ASAP
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. CLAIMS PROCESSING
- Ensures accurate review of claims documents for processing.
2. CLAIMS REVIEW/EVALUATION/ADJUDICATION
- Reviews, evaluates, and adjudicates claims to ensure compliance with benefits plan, coverage, policies, and standards.
3. CLAIMS APPROVAL
- Approves claims within authority limits.
4. CUSTOMER SERVICE
- Ensures quality customer service and maintains provider relationships.
- Handles client, member, and agent inquiries and complaints.
5. ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Undertakes administrative tasks for proper claims documentation.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,00.00 – Php25,00.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8-hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- 13th-month salary
