Job Description
As a Claims Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their insurance claims either through voice or non-voice channels. Your main duties include verifying information, processing claims, and providing excellent customer service to ensure prompt resolution.
You will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in customer service or insurance claims processing is preferred but not required as training will be provided.
